olmayacak, dask yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacak) tapu almaya hak kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 konut\/i\u015fyeri i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuru yapabilecek
olup TOK\u0130 den ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kendi ad\u0131na kay\u0131tl\u0131 olan konut\/i\u015fyeri bilgilerini g\u00f6rebilmektedir.
Gayrimenkul Al\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 ba\u015fvuru esnas\u0131nda site y\u00f6netimlerinden alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu borcu yoktur
belgesini (evrak asl\u0131 gerekmemektedir) sisteme y\u00fckleyip, ekranda bulunan bilgilerin do\u011fru
oldu\u011funa dair istenen taahh\u00fctnameyi onaylayarak ba\u015fvuruyu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmektedir.
Ba\u015fvurunun kabul edilmesi ile birlikte Tapu M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de i\u015flemlerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda
Tapu M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan Gayrimenkul Al\u0131c\u0131s\u0131na \u00f6demesi gereken \u00fccretler SMS ile iletilmekte,
bu \u00f6demelerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve i\u015flemlerin tamamlanmas\u0131na m\u00fcteakip Gayrimenkul Al\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 ad\u0131na tapu

ula\u015fabilmektedir. (Tapu senedini almak isteyenler ise gerekli har\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 yat\u0131rarak Web tapu sistemi
\u00fczerinden alabilecektir.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Ayr\u0131ca; i\u015flemler s\u00fcrmekte iken Tapu M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nden servisler ile iletilen durum bilgisi
Bankalar ve E-Devlet \u00fczerinden payla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Vatanda\u015f E-Devlet \u00fczerinden i\u015flemin a\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131
takip edilebilmektedir.
Not: \u0130ndirim kampanyas\u0131nda Banka kredisi kullanarak borcunu kapatan al\u0131c\u0131lar ise; banka
