A\u00e7\u0131klanan konut finansman program\u0131 3 paketten olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Konut finansman\u0131 konusunda 3 ayr\u0131 paket y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konulacakt\u0131r <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Birinci pakette\u0130lk defa konut sahibi olacaklara 2 milyon liraya kadar birinci el sat\u0131n almalar i\u00e7in 10 y\u0131la kadar vadeli, ayl\u0131k y\u00fczde 0,99 faizli konut kredisi sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0130kinci paket konut de\u011ferinin en az yar\u0131s\u0131 1 Nisan 2022 tarihinden \u00f6nce a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131p d\u00f6viz hesaplar\u0131n\u0131n bozdurulmas\u0131 veya fiziki alt\u0131nlar\u0131n merkez bankas\u0131na sat\u0131larak al\u0131nmas\u0131yla bu paketten yararlanabilecekler.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc paket in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne y\u00f6neliktir. May\u0131s ba\u015f\u0131 itibar\u0131yla y\u00fczde 40’\u0131 tamamlanm\u0131\u015f ve asgari y\u00fczde 50’si sat\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f in\u015faat projelerinin tamamlanabilmesi i\u00e7in 20 milyar liral\u0131k kaynak ay\u0131rd\u0131k.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peki bu krediyi kimler alabilecek;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. \u0130lk evini alacak ve daha \u00f6nce konut kredisi kullanmam\u0131\u015f ev al\u0131p satmam\u0131\u015f olacak,<\/li>
  2. ‘0’ daire al\u0131yor olmak <\/li>
  3. 2.el daire al\u0131yor ise Konut bedelinin en az %50 si kadar D\u00f6viz ve Alt\u0131n’\u0131 bozdurmu\u015f ve Kur Korumal\u0131 Hesaplara 01 Nisan 2022 \u00f6ncesi yat\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    A\u00e7\u0131klanan bu paket normal ev almay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in kullanmas\u0131 imkans\u0131z bir finansman paketidir. \u0130n\u015faatlar\u0131 devam edemeyen M\u00fcteahit firmalar ve \u0130ktidar\u0131n \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131na kulak veren KKH a\u00e7t\u0131ran vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za yarayan bir paket olmu\u015ftur. A\u00e7\u0131klanan bu paket ile vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z ilk dairesini al\u0131rken, yabanc\u0131 vatanda\u015fl\u0131k almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
