Tarihi rekor olan 2017\u2019deki 1 milyon 409 bin rakam\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na son bir ay kald\u0131. \u201cT\u00fcm zamanlar\u0131n rekoru kesinle\u015fti\u201d diyen sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 1.5 milyon sat\u0131\u015fla kapatmay\u0131 bekliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koronavir\u00fcs\u00fcn etkisi bu y\u0131l t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6rde derinden hissedildi. Gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fc de bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ten nasibini ald\u0131. Nisan ve may\u0131s aylar\u0131nda dip yapan konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131, haziran ay\u0131nda kamu bankalar\u0131n\u0131n konut kredi faizlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmesiyle y\u00fckseli\u015fe ge\u00e7ti. Y\u0131l\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda yaralar sar\u0131l\u0131rken t\u00fcm zamanlar\u0131n rekoruna da ad\u0131m ad\u0131m yakla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. \u00dclke genelinde 11 ayda yap\u0131lan sat\u0131\u015flar bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 21.5 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi, 1 milyon 393 bin ki\u015fi ev sahibi oldu. B\u00f6ylece pandemiye ra\u011fmen hem 2018 hem de 2019\u2019daki 12 ayl\u0131k sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>REKOR GEL\u0130YOR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarihi rekor olan ve 1 milyon 409 bin konut sat\u0131lan 2017 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki rakam\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na ise son 1 ay kald\u0131. Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 16 bin konut sat\u0131l\u0131rsa t\u00fcm zamanlar\u0131n en y\u00fcksek y\u0131ll\u0131k sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek. Kas\u0131mda kredili sat\u0131\u015flardaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f dikkat \u00e7ekti. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde 2020 Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda kredili konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 44.3 azal\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek 24 bin 450 oldu. Toplam sat\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde kredili sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 21.7\u2019ye d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. 3 ayd\u0131r kredili sat\u0131\u015flarda ya\u015fanan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn nedeni kamu bankalar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faiz kampanyas\u0131n\u0131n sona ermesi ve faizlerin y\u00fckseli\u015fe ge\u00e7mesi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TERC\u0130H 2. EL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u0131f\u0131r konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 kas\u0131mda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 25 azalarak 36 bin 658 olurken, ikinci el sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 15.2 azald\u0131 ve 75 bin 825\u2019e d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Son 11 ayda s\u0131f\u0131r konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 432 bin 842, ikinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 960 bin 493 oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>YABANCIYA SATI\u015e Y\u00dcZDE 24 ARTTI<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yabanc\u0131lara konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 koronavir\u00fcse ra\u011fmen kas\u0131mda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 24.4 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Ge\u00e7en ay yabanc\u0131lara 4 bin 962 adet konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131larak \u2018tarihin en y\u00fcksek kas\u0131m ay\u0131\u2019 rakamlar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Ocak-kas\u0131m d\u00f6neminde ise yabanc\u0131ya sat\u0131\u015f bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 9.5 azalarak 36 bin 385 oldu. 11 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde \u0130stanbul\u2019da 16 bin 867, Antalya\u2019da 6 bin 946, Ankara\u2019da 2 bin 473, Bursa\u2019da 1.242 ve Yalova\u2019da 1.190 konut yabanc\u0131lara sat\u0131ld\u0131. En fazla konut sahibi 6 bin 425 adetle \u0130ranl\u0131lar oldu. \u0130ranl\u0131lar\u0131, 5 bin 950 konutla Irakl\u0131lar ve 2 bin 729 konutlar Ruslar takip etti.
