Bu alanda \u015firket say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 35&#8217;lere kadar y\u00fckseldi\u011fini dile getiren Akbal, faizsiz konut ve otomobil finansman\u0131 sisteminin yasal altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u015fu ana kadar bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131. \u00d6nceki g\u00fcn Hazine ve Maliye Bakan\u0131 L\u00fctf\u00fc Elvan\u2019\u0131n faizsiz konut edindirme sistemine ili\u015fkin yasa haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n bitme a\u015famas\u0131na geldi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirmede bulunan <strong>FuzulEv<\/strong> Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ey\u00fcp Akbal, \u201cHazine ve Maliye Bakan\u0131m\u0131z L\u00fctf\u00fc Elvan\u2019\u0131n devlet g\u00fcvencesi vurgusu ve sermaye \u015fart\u0131 konusundaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri bizi \u00e7ok mutlu etti. Nitekim uzun s\u00fcredir sekt\u00f6r\u00fc de temsilen BDDK ile bu konuyu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyordum. Art\u0131k son noktaya geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebilirim. \u00dclkemizdeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck problemlerden birisi ev sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00fclke olarak her sene rekor k\u0131rsak da hala ev sahipli\u011fi oran\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131. \u00d6zellikle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirli kesimin bu anlamda faizsiz konut edindirme sistemine ihtiyac\u0131 var. Banka kredisinin getirdi\u011fi faiz y\u00fck\u00fcyle konuta toplam \u00f6denen rakam ciddi \u015fekilde art\u0131yor. Kredi ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda 2 kat 3 kat maliyet olu\u015fabiliyor. Tasarrufa dayal\u0131 faizsiz finans sisteminde ise paran\u0131n herhangi bir maliyeti olmuyor. Devlet g\u00fcvencesi ve sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ad\u0131na olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bu geli\u015fim de pay\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n olmas\u0131 bizi de \u00e7ok mutlu ediyor\u2019\u2019 \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu. &#8220;Devlet g\u00fcvencesi olmamas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck risk&#8221; \u0130lgili yasal mevzuat\u0131n 2020 sonuna kadar haz\u0131r olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcklerini kaydeden Akbal, \u201cSistemin T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki toplam konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay\u0131n y\u00fczde 15&#8217;e yakla\u015ft\u0131. Ancak \u00f6zellikle son y\u0131llarda sekt\u00f6rdeki firma say\u0131s\u0131 ve sat\u0131\u015flardaki art\u0131\u015f baz\u0131 riskleri de beraberinde getirdi. Hem bu alanda faaliyet g\u00f6steren firmalar i\u00e7in sermaye \u015fart\u0131 aranmamas\u0131, hem de sisteme dahil olan kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n bu firmalara yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6demelerin devlet g\u00fcvencesinde olmamas\u0131 sisteme ili\u015fkin \u00f6nemli riskler olu\u015fturuyordu. Say\u0131n Bakan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 bu anlamda \u00e7ok de\u011ferli.&#8221; dedi. Sistemde 250 bin ki\u015fi bulunuyor Sistem dahilindeki kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n da 250 bin civar\u0131nda oldu\u011funun tahmin edildi\u011fini aktaran Akbal, &#8220;Yasal d\u00fczenleme i\u00e7in sekt\u00f6r ad\u0131na Ankara ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri FuzulEv olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz.
